1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or cosmetics).
  • Gift cards and sale items.

3. How to Start a Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Cartufy will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, improper fit, or preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at  info@cartufy.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will evaluate the problem right away and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard).
  • Please remember it can take 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
