1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout. Our shipping rates are calculated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders Over $50): FREE
  • Standard Shipping (Orders Under $50): A flat rate of $4.99  will be charged at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are verified, processed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (72 hours) from the time the order is placed.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates only. Depending on stock availability, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure the fastest delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (USA, UK, Canada): 7 to 15 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Where available): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Please note that international deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance or local courier operational delays.

4. Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted global carriers, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing delays, or courier operational disruptions. In such events, our support team will actively assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

5. Tracking Information

6. Order Cancellations & Address Corrections

  • Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been shipped. Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please email us at  info@cartufy.com with the subject line "CANCEL".
  • Incorrect Address: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are entered at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please notify us within 24 hours at info@cartufy.com. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or returned parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, GST, or local import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority depending on your country's regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs incurred by Cartufy may be deducted from your final refund.
